Hello there and a warm welcome!
My name is Nyenge and I am a PhD student in Lower Saxony, Germany. Having completed my Bachelor and Masters in the Electrical Engineering field; my current research focuses on Additive Manufacturing and Sensors.
So why start a blog, you might ask? Well, at some point I decided to document my PhD journey (not that I wasn’t already documenting) to share tips, tricks and challenges with other PhD students and anyone else who might find the information useful. Writing is a big part of academia and how does one become a better writer? By writing, right! (Pun very much intended), so I thought to myself why not and to cut a short story even shorter…. here we are!
You can expect to be encouraged, enlightened, educated, and perhaps even entertained. Feel free to join me on this journey as I sip on my tea that is my PhD(ea).
